Fruity fresh wheat beer with tropical fruit aromas, finishing with a sweet malt palate. Juice of local Sauvignon Blanc grapes was added to the wort. This mixture was fermented with Sauvignon Blanc yeast to promote the citrus and tropical fruit notes.
This beer is produced only once a year and in small amount (500 l) available.
